Hons degree from the University of London in the year 2000, followed by advanced legal training in the UK and the U.S. His diverse legal background allows him to provide clients with a global perspective and strategic solutions tailored to their unique legal needs.
Fasih provided legal services to a boutique investment bank focused on mid-market business enterprises, where he reviewed and negotiated import vendor agreements, agency agreements, sub-agency agreements, stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, settlement agreements, and secured/unsecured loan documentation. He also served as general counsel to one of the largest wholesale distributors of Southeast Asian food products in the Northeast Region, and provided legal counsel to a leading Pakistani digital TV network that is widely viewed across the Middle East, North America, and Europe. In that role, he handled contract negotiations, licensing matters, distribution agreements, agency agreements, and business acquisitions.
